Smart Phone App
It is a widely acknowledged fact within the Claims industry that the sooner an incident is reported, the more opportunity there is to reduce any potential third party costs for fault incidents.
To this end FleetCare Solutions have developed their own smart phone applications for drivers to contact the experts within our claims team to allow them to take control of the incident as soon as possible – We recommend that fleets encourage their drivers to use the app from the roadside.
The app provides a choice of languages and records GPS location; it then takes drivers through the photos that need to be taken, before contacting the claims team telephone number. The images and location will also be transmitted to the team at this point, so their suitability can be assessed in real time by the team.
